If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. Online purchases are returnable for refund within 14 days of shipping date. Refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days and this refund should appear in one to two billing cycles. Please be sure to insure your returned merchandise as The Monogram Shop can not be held responsible for reimbersment or compensation of lost merchadise.
Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Items returned must be recieved unworn and unused. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival and credit is pending approval upon arrival. Please include a copy of your reciept with your return.
Unfortunatly, personalized items are NOT refundable. Please be sure to double check spelling before placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes may be made but can not be guaranteed. Thank You for your understanding of this policy.

We ship via UPS and use Fed Ex for international shipping. Please note that UPS can NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping and Handling Charges are $20.00 for ground delivery, and generally arrive in the New York Metropolitan Area in one day, all other areas no more than 5 days. Please allow 2-3 days for your item to be monogrammed. If you need an item sooner, please call and we will try to accomidate your needs. You may be charged a small fee for a rush delivery. Paper Items are personalized for us and are not done "in-house" therefore please allow 7-10 days. The rush fee for paper items is $30.00 and we will charge you accordingly.
