We ship via UPS and use Fed Ex for international shipping.
Please note that UPS can NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping and Handling Charges are $20.00 for ground delivery, and generally arrive in the New York Metropolitan Area in one day, all other areas no more than 5 days. For all other shipping options, please click here to contact us.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. Online purchases are returnable for refund within 14 days of shipping date. Refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days and this refund should appear in one to two billing cycles. Please be sure to insure your returned merchandise as The Monogram Shop can not be held responsible for reimbersment or compensation of lost merchadise.
Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Items returned must be recieved unworn and unused. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival and credit is pending approval upon arrival. Please include a copy of your reciept with your return.
