Bailey the Bunny is more than a gift, it’s the beginning of a tradition.
Each set includes a soft bunny paired with a classic cotton rollneck sweater, custom monogrammed with your child’s name. The sweater is meant to be worn in those early years, and when it’s outgrown, it returns to Bailey to be kept as a lasting keepsake.

Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS for domestic orders and use FedEx for international shipping. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping and handling charges are $20.00 for ground delivery. Orders within the New York Metropolitan Area generally arrive in 1 business day, while all other U.S. destinations typically arrive within 5 business days.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Online purchases are returnable for a refund within 14 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days, and should appear in one to two billing cycles.
Please insure your returned merchandise, as The Monogram Shop cannot be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost merchandise.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
Items returned must be received unworn and unused. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival, and credit is pending approval. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return.
Unfortunately, personalized items are NOT refundable. Please double-check spelling before placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
