Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS and FEDEX. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping and handling charges are $20.00 for ground delivery. Orders will be shipped within 4–5 business days.

If you are interested in shipping overseas or to Canada, please call us directly to inquire about pricing.

Order Status

Please allow 4-5 business days for your item to be monogrammed. If you need an item sooner, call us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Paper items are personalized for us by outside partners and are not produced in-house. Please allow 7–10 business days for personalization. A $30.00 rush fee applies to expedited paper orders.
